- Product defects that are identified during the warranty period and have arisen through the fault of the Factory will be eliminated free of charge by the Service Department of the Factory.
- Claims for the appearance of the product, incompleteness, as well as non-compliance with the order are accepted only immediately upon receipt of the product. In the future, such claims are not accepted, all work is carried out only at the expense of the buyer.
- Warranty service is carried out within 15 days from the date of import of the product to the Factory and includes repair work and replacement of defective parts of the product.
- In the event of a warranty case, please contact the customer service numbers indicated in the coupon, at the place of sale or the manufacturer.
- The warranty does not cover leather substitutes if they have been used on the seats, armrests or backrests of the product.
Warranty service is not carried out in the following cases:
- expiration of the warranty period;
- non-compliance with the instructions and rules set out in the product passport;
- the presence of mechanical damage on the product;
- exceeding the permissible loads on the transformation mechanism;
- causing damage to the product or its loss due to force majeure (natural disaster, fire, flood, accidents, etc.);
- damage to the product as a result of conscious or erroneous actions of the consumer;
- damage to the product caused by foreign objects, substances, animals, insects, etc. getting into or out of the product;
- the presence of traces of foreign interference in the product or repair of the product independently, by organizations, enterprises or individuals not authorized by the Factory;
- causing damage as a result of making changes to its design;
- use of the product for industrial purposes.

You can return a sofa within 14 days, purchased in stock in any of our showrooms or from the warehouse program in the online store. We will refund the entire amount, except for shipping costs.
Custom-made furniture (NOT in stock) is non-refundable, as it is a product made to your individual needs.
