• Product defects that were identified during the warranty period and that arose through the fault of the Factory will be eliminated free of charge by the Factory's Service Department.
• Claims regarding the appearance of the product, shortages, as well as non-compliance with the order are accepted only directly upon receipt of the product. In the future, such claims will not be accepted, all work is performed only at the expense of the buyer.
• Warranty service is carried out within 15 days from the date of import of the product to the Factory and includes repair work and replacement of defective parts of the product.
• In the event of a warranty claim, please contact the customer service numbers indicated in the coupon, the place of sale or the manufacturer.
• The warranty does not apply to leather substitutes if they have been used on the seats, armrests or backs of the product.

Warranty service is not provided in the following cases:

• expiration of the warranty period;
• failure to comply with the instructions and rules set out in the product passport;
• presence of mechanical damage on the product;
• exceeding the permissible loads on the transformation mechanism;
• damage to the product or its loss as a result of force majeure circumstances (natural events, fire, flood, accidents, etc.);
• damage to the product as a result of conscious or erroneous actions of the consumer;
• damage to the product caused by foreign objects, substances, animals, insects, etc. getting into or out of the product;
• the presence of traces of outside interference in the product or repair of the product independently, by organizations, enterprises or individuals not authorized by the Factory;
• causing harm as a result of changes to its design;
• use of the product for production purposes.

You can return a sofa purchased in stock in any of our showrooms or from the warehouse program in the online store within 14 days. We will reimburse the entire amount except shipping costs.

Custom furniture (NOT in stock) cannot be returned as it is a product manufactured to suit your individual needs.
